NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Toquerville Secondary Water System,
Washington County, Utah will meet in session at 6 pm on Monday July 20, 2026 at Toquerville City offices, Toquerville Utah.
The agenda for the meeting includes the following:
1. Presentation of proposed annual assessment rate increase
2. Public Hearing to levy the Annual Assessments within the TSWS Service Area
3. Consider resolution authorizing the levy of annual contract assessments within the TSWS Service area
4. Consider approval of February 3, 2026 TSWS board meeting minutes
