The meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Fran Schumann 1. Approval of the city council meeting minutes from June 11 & 16, 2026. 2. Continued discussion and possible vote on Ordinance 2026-02, an Ordinance amending the Richmond City Manual of Design & Construction Standards, Chapter 6.0 'Irrigation Water Design', Section 6.01 'General'. 3. Discussion and possible vote on renewing the Franchise Agreement with Comcast of Utah II, Inc. aka Comcast. 4. Staff reports and monthly financial review. 5. Council Member and Mayor Reports Adjourn ***Items on the agenda may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda.***
