KEARNS CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Utah Code Section 10-6-127, notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at the Element Center, 5658 Cougar Lane, Kearns, Utah 84118 (pending confirmation of availability) during a Special City Council Meeting on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 6:00 pm MST.
The purpose of the hearing is to discuss an amendment to the City of Kearns' Fiscal Year 2027 Budget regarding the wages for a City Administrator.
At the date and time fixed for the public hearing all who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views on a proposed amendment to the FY2027 Current Budget regarding the wages for a City Administrator. Those who wish to attend and speak at the hearing may do so.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, The City of Kearns will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the hearing. Requests for assistance can be made by calling the Kearns City Recorder at 385-377-9466 within three working days of the meeting.
