- NOTICE AND AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETING July 15, 2026 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 52-4-2, UCA, 1953 as amended, that the Central Valley Town Council will hold a regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Meeting Called to Order: Welcome; Pledge of Allegiance; Invocation 2. Review, Discuss & Approve: Minutes - June 24, 2026 3. Review, Discuss & Approve: Monthly Financials - June 2026 4. Department and Council Member Reports: David Nielson (Roads) Susan Outzen (Planning & Zoning) Joe Reynolds (Water) Ron Cropper (Parks) Mayor Barney - 5. Ordinance Question - Kelly Oviatt 6. Review & Discuss - Water rate tiers 7. Review & Discuss: Cameron Peterson - Farm water meter hook-up 8. Review, Discuss & Approve: Updates with Josh Christner, Town Attorney - Canal conversion - status - Honus Busk - status 9. Adjournment: I hereby certify that the foregoing notice and agenda was posted on the Utah State Public Notice Website www.utah.gov/pnw/ , Central Valley Town's website www.centralvalleytownut.com , on the Central Valley Facebook page, the Community Center lobby and delivered to each member of the Central Valley Town Council; David Nielson, Susan Outzen, Joe Reynolds, Ron Cropper.
