Main St. Suite 2 Grantsville, Utah 84029 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda: I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Public Comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District that are otherwise not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person. C. Review and consider approval of minutes from the May 5, 2026 Board meeting, May 28, 2026 Board meeting, and June 8, 2026 Board meeting (enclosure). II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Review and ratify approval of previous claims (enclosure). B. Review and consider acceptance of June 30, 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements (enclosure). III. LEGAL MATTERS A. Review and consider approval of bids for construction contracts (to be distributed). B. Additional actions and considerations related to the Districts' requests for proposals. C. Review and consider adoption of Resolution No. 2026-04 Approving an Amended and Restated Construction Management Services Agreement with Utah Land & Water Advisors, LLC and Authorizing the Board Chair to Execute the Agreement; and Related Matters (enclosure). IV. OTHER BUSINESS A. Discuss annual board member training requirements www.training.auditor.utah.gov. B. Consider cancelling August 4, 2026 Board meeting. V. ADJOURNMENT
