Local Building Authority Meeting Approved Minutes June 11, 2026 The regular meeting of the Cleveland Local Building Authority was called to order at 7:13 pm on Wednesday, June 11, 2026 at 130 W. Main, Cleveland, Utah. Those present were Kristen Vose (Mayor Pro-Tempore), Chance Thompson, Whitney Guymon, Carl Sitterud. Absent: Mayor Shawna Horrocks. Clerk, Nancy Livingston, and Treasurer, Heather Holt were in attendance. Item #1: Adopt 2026-2027 Budget A motion was made by Whitney Guymon to adopt the 2026-2027 Budget for the Local Building Authority. Second by Carl Sitterud. Roll call vote was taken: Carl Sitterud-yes, Whitney Guymon-yes, Kristen Vose-yes, Chance Thompson-yes. All were in the affirmative, motion carried, budget adopted. Item #2: Adjourn meeting A motion was made by Whitney Guymon and seconded by Carl Sitterud to adjourn the meeting. All were in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:14 pm. Nancy Livingston, Clerk
