*Public comments for the meeting record can be received in one of three ways. Please email swssd1@swssd1ut.gov with the subject line 'SWSSD1 Public Comment' by 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, if you would like your comments to be heard as part of the Regular Meeting. Written comments are limited to 400 words. Alternatively, members of the public may provide verbal comment in one of two ways: attend the meeting in person at 2295 South Highway 191, Moab, UT 84532 or virtually via the Zoom weblink. Citizens may provide comment during the Citizen's Input section. Comments are limited to a duration of three (3) minutes in length. Those with a special needs request wishing to attend this meeting are encouraged to contact the District three (3) days in advance of these events. Specific accommodations necessary to allow participation of disabled persons will be provided to the maximum extent possible. Requests, or any questions or comments can be communicated to 435-259-6314.
