- NOTICE OF BOARD MEMBER VACANCY Notice is hereby given that a vacancy exists on the Board of Trustees of the Hideout Local District #1. Pursuant to 17B-1-304 and the governing policies of the Board, the vacancy will be filled by appointment of the Board. Interested individuals are invited to submit an application for consideration. Applicants may also submit any additional materials they would like the Board to consider, such as a resume, letter of interest, references, or other supporting documents. Application Deadline: _____August 11, 2026________________ Note: The application deadline should be scheduled at least two (2) weeks before the Board meeting at which the appointment will be considered. The Board will conduct applicant interviews during a public meeting in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. Following the interviews, the Board may appoint a qualified individual to fill the vacancy.
