1. CALL TO ORDER PUBLIC HEARING
- Roll Call
2. PUBLIC HEARING: UTILITY RATE ADJUSTMENTS (RESOLUTION NO. 2026-07-16A)
- Motion to Open Public Hearing: Formal motion and vote to begin the public hearing.
- Presentation: Overview of proposed utility rate adjustments for culinary water, garbage, and recycling for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget.
- Public Comment: The Council will receive citizen input regarding the proposed updates to the master Summary of Fees schedule.
- Motion to Close Public Hearing: Formal motion and vote to close the public hearing portion of the meeting.
3. ACTION ITEMS
- Action Item: Discussion and potential motion to approve Resolution No. 2026-07-16A amending Resolution No. 2023-01-09A to adjust Culinary Water base and tiered rates
- Action Item: Discussion and potential motion to approve Resolution No. 2026-07-16A amending Resolution No. 2023-01-09A to adjust Garbage Collection and Recycling utility rates.
- Action Item: Discussion and possible action to formally adopt the amended Town of Mantua Summary of Fees with an effective date of July 16,2026
