- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on June 23, 2026, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 26-30: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 16-1-101, 16-2-101, 16-4-101, 16-6-101, 16-12-101, 16-13-101, 16-14-101, 16-15-101 AND 16-16-101 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT CERTAIN INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODES. The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
