- FRIENDS OF THE FAIRGROUNDS ADVISORY BOARD MEETING Public Notice is hereby given that the Friends of the Fairgrounds Advisory Board, will hold the monthly meeting at the Golden Spike Event Center Conference Room, 1000 N. 1200 W., Ogden, Utah, commencing on Thursday, May 21st, 2026 @12 PM. Lunch will be served to board members. AGENDA 1. Welcome - Chair Connie Robinson 2. Weber County Report & Welcome - Commissioner Harvey 3. Approval of Minutes - Approval of Minutes from the meetings held on February 19th, 2026 4. Golden Spike Event Center Report - Duncan Olsen, General Manager 5. Weber County Fair Report - Ashton Wilson, Manager of Events 6. Committee Discussion - Chair Connie Robinson 7. Discussion/Action Items - Chair Connie Robinson 8. Old Business/New Business 9. Public Comments 10. Adjourn - Our next scheduled meeting will be held on Thursday, June 18th, 2026. Please R.S.V.P. to the GSEC office @ (801) 399-8798 or by email to: ksalas@webercountyutah.gov by Monday, June 15th, 2026. This makes it easier on our food and beverage department to know how much food to prep.
