- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Promontory - Nicklaus Clubhouse Phase 5 - Final Site Plan Address: 6347 Golf Club Link, Promontory, Summit County, UT Parcel: SS-52-PVG6 Project Number: 26-048 Public notice is hereby given that Shayne Scott, County Manager, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on a Final Site Plan for the Nicklaus Clubhouse Pool Addition.
