MONROE CITY COUNCIL MEETING Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 7:00 pm NOTICE AND AGENDA Pursuant to 52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Monroe City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on the above date at the City Office, 10 N Main, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of business may be changed as time permits.) 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Johnny Parsons 2. Pledge of Allegiance and Prayer: By elected official 3. Roll Call 4. Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held June 18, 2026 and July 2, 2026 5. Citizen input -Limit of 3 minutes per comment 6. Approval of June 2026 warrant register, cash disbursements, adjustment journal, and aging report. 7. Business a. South Sevier Senior Center Board Report 1. Discuss Memorandum of Understanding between South Sevier Senior Center Advisory Board and Monroe City b. Review Utility Financial Solutions 2026 rate study- Jillian Jurczyk c. d. Consider Resolution 7 01 2026 amendment to Monroe City's Power Policy to adjust rates to meet cost of service increases d. e. Consider Resolution 7 02 2026 amendment to Monroe City's Water Policy to include annual cost of service rate increase. e. d. Consider Resolution 7 03 2026 amendment to Monroe City's Irrigation Policy to adjust rates to meet cost of service increases f. Consider purchase of public works equipment - Public Works Director John Draper g. Consider adopting ordinance 7 01 2026 water regulation and conservation program for Monroe City, imposing penalties for violations, and related matters h.
