- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: Public Hearing: Text Amendment - Amendment to SCC Chapter 10 creating a process for zoning to revert to its prior designation after a designated time if development has not occurred. Public Hearing: Text Amendment - Amendment to SCC Chapters 8 and 10 amending the Land Use Authority for Final Plat approvals. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Converting existing parking into electrical vehicle charging stations within the Walmart site area at 2228 W 1700 S.
