Notice of Wasatch County Council Regular Meeting Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 4:00 PM Public Notice is hereby given that the Wasatch County Council will hold a regular session on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 4:00 PM in the Council Chambers in the Wasatch County Administration Building, 25 North Main, Heber City, Utah. Consideration of an Assessor Adjustment parcel 00-0020-4021 - Jerry Jones Council Items 1. Discussion and consideration of approving funding for Provo River Days - Nancy O'Toole 2. Consideration of awarding the Request for Proposals for construction management of the addition to the Children's Justice Center - Dustin Grabau 3. Approval of Resolution 26-04, which adopts 'Policy 160-003: Appropriate use of Artificial intelligence (AI) at Work' - Don Wood, IT Director; or Heber Lefgren, Assistant County Manager 4. Discussion and direction of updates to the 2019 Heber City Expansion Area MOU to further protect the North Fields - Dustin Grabau Council/Board Reports Manager's Report Closed Session - as needed Closed sessions may be held in accordance with Utah State Code 52-4-205 to discuss the following: Purchase, Exchange or Lease of Property; Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual. Public Hearings 6:00 1. Tracey Cannon is requesting an extension of the time frame for installation of the asphalt trail in parcel C of the Crossing at Lake Creek as well as a possible change to the alignment of the trail. A condition of approval was for the trail to be completed by June 1st. (Misc-26-003) - Doug Smith 2. Consideration of Ordinance 26-11 to adopt a new comprehensive update to the Wasatch County General Plan including updates to the County Resource Management Plan to become Appendix A, an implementation matrix as Appendix B, and updated Jordanelle Land Use Plan to be retitled Jordanelle Local Area Plan as Appendix C. If passed, the updated General Plan will repeal and replace the previous General Plan adopted in 2001, the Jordanelle Land Use Plan adopted in 1997, and the JSPA Plan Book adopted in 2014. - Austin Corry Adjournment In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Clerk's Office at 435-657-3190 at least one day prior to the meeting.
