- PUBLIC NOTICE Snowville Town Council will meet on Wednesday, the 29th, at 5:00 p.m. at Snowville Town Hall. To discuss Ordinances. Then at 6:00 p.m., the Planning and Zoning will meet with the Town Council and Rural Water to discuss the sewer system for businesses in Snowville Town.
