PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION APPEAL HEARING - LEGAL NOTICE ELECTRONIC HEARING Thursday, July 16, 2026, 10:00 AM The Administrative Hearing Officer of Park City, Utah, will Hold an Electronic Hearing. APPEAL HEARING 10:00 AM Appeal of Land Use Decisions- The Administrative Hearing Officer Will Review an Appeal of the Planning Commission's Approval of Conditional Use Permit PL-26-06820 for Park City Mountain's Silverlode Lift Upgrade (Parcel PCA-S-98-PCMR-1) and Conditional Use Permit PL-26-06821 for Park City Mountain's Eagle Lift Upgrade (Parcels SA-402-A, PCA-1003, PCA-29-A, PCA-29-D, PCA-S-98-PCMR-1). PL-26-06960 Under Utah Code Section 10-20-1106(3), the hearing officer may only allow the following people to present or speak during an appeal hearing: the appellant or the appellant's representatives; the land use applicant or the land use applicant's representatives; and the municipality's representatives. The Appeal Hearing will be held online, with the Administrative Hearing Officer and representatives for the City, Applicant, and Appellants all joining remotely.
