- BEAVER CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA TUESDAY, JULY 14, 2026, 7:00 PM BEAVER CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS - 30 W. 300 N., BEAVER, UT 84713 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Beaver, Utah, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 14, 2026. The Council will meet in the Council Chambers located at 30 W 300 N Beaver, Utah. This is a public meeting, and everyone is invited to attend. COUNCIL MEETING: 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Matt Robinson 2. Opening: City Council Member Matt Robinson PUBLIC: 3. Eagle Scout Project -Skyler Shepard CONSENT AGENDA: 4. Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes June 23, 2026, June 24, 2026 5.Approval of bills for June 23, 2026, to July 13, 2026 WORK AGENDA: 6. Beaver City Pool Discussion 7. Reports, Updates, Old Business Follow Up: Elected Officials and Staff 8. Closed Session: The Beaver City Council may consider a motion to move into a closed session for specific purposes allowed under the Open and Public Meetings Act (Utah Code ยง 52-4-205), including discussions of the character, professional competence, or physical/mental health of an individual; strategy sessions to discuss collective bargaining; strategy sessions to discuss pending or imminent litigation; strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease, or sale of real property, including any form of a water right or water share; discussions regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; and for attorney-client communications (Utah Code section 78B-1-137); or any other lawful purpose 9.ACTION: Any action to be taken because of or arising from discussions had in the closed session. 10.ADJOURNMENT: CERTIFICATE OF POSTING/DELIVERY: The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that the above Notice of Agenda was posted on this 13th day of July 2026, 24 hours in advance of the meeting. A copy of the foregoing notice of agenda was posted on the Public Meeting Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Beaver City website http://www.beavercityut.gov/ and posted at the Beaver City Center.
