NOTICE & AGENDA OF PUBLIC HEARINGS & OAK CITY TOWN BOARD REGULAR MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold two Public Hearings along with its regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting on Thursday, July 16, 2026 beginning at 7:45 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room. The first Public Hearing will begin with an invocation and will then take public comment regarding Ordinance 2026-02, Town of Oak City Code-Updated Subdivision Code. This Hearing will begin at 7:45 pm, after which, the second Public Hearing will begin. The second Public Hearing will take public comment on the submission of an application to the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) for funding assistance for the development of a new culinary water well. This Hearing will begin directly after the first Public Hearing, after which, the regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting will begin. The following agenda items will be considered at the Regular Meeting: A. Adopt Agenda. B. Adopt Minutes of Town Board Regular Meeting held Thursday, June 18, 2026. C. Adopt Minutes of Public Hearings and Town Board Special Meeting held Tuesday, June 30, 2026. D. Discuss upcoming Oak City Days- Julie McLaws & Marva Jean Anderson. E. Discuss & possibly adopt Ordinance 2026-02, Town of Oak City Code-Updated Subdivision Ordinance. F. Discuss application to the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) for financial assistance to develop a new culinary water well. G. Discuss Town of Oak City's Current Consolidated Fee Schedule, including Utility Fees (Water Rates) and Cemetery Rates and Possibly Adopt Necessary Adjustments, Resolution 2025-05. H. Announce the bid awarding of the tank project. E. Miscellaneous. F.
