Description/Agenda: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the board of Toquerville Secondary Water System (TSWS), an interlocal entity created by Toquerville City and the Washington County Water Conservancy District, will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Toquerville City Office, 212 N. Toquer Boulevard, Toquerville, Utah, to consider levying the annual contract assessment for the TSWS service area and to consider proposed increases to the contract assessments. 1. The board will be considering increases in the contract assessment as follows: a. Residential parcels less than a 1/2 acre: $439 to $515; b. Residential parcels 1/2 to 1 acre: $629 to $754; c. Agricultural parcels: $199 to $239; d. Stand-by parcels (unconnected): $228 to $274. 2. The assessment shall be levied to owners of real property within the municipal boundaries of Toquerville City who have a contract for delivery of water from the TSWS.
