PUBLICHEARINGFORTHE FOLLOWING:
To consider a proposal to rezone approximately 0.701 acres from R-S-12 (Residential-Suburban) to R-3 (MultiFamily Residential) and approximately 0.255 acres from C-2 (Commercial) to R-3 (Multi-Family Residential).
The rezone request was submitted by Ryan Ivie for properties located at 1207 South Main Street, Fruit
Heights, Utah, and the adjacent vacant parcel.
