Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that one (1) vacancy exists on the Wendover City Planning and Zoning Commission. The City of Wendover is soliciting qualified persons who, in accordance with Utah Constitution (Article IV, Section 6, are not mentally incompetent, a person convicted of a felony, or a person convicted of treason or a crime against the elective franchise.) Qualified persons need to be residents of the city of Wendover Utah or owners, managers or employees of a business entity located in the city of Wendover, Utah. Those who are interested in being appointed by the City Council to fill the planning and zoning commissioner vacancy should submit their name for consideration. Applications will be taken at the Wendover City Office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
