Date: July 13, 2026 Time: 7:00 p.m. Location: 7100 W 900 S Ogden Utah 84404 I. Call to Order State the time i calling the meeting of the West Warren Park Board of Trustees to order. Take a roll for the record. Welcome & Introductions II. Administrative Items (3 minutes) - Approval of Minutes: Review and vote to approve the minutes from the previous meeting, including work session, closed meeting (not public record but still needs approval) and last month's meetings. III. Governance Actions (10 minutes) Any item the board needs to officially vote on or spend money on must be listed here with reasonable specificity. You cannot vote on something if it isn't listed in this section. If members of the public are present, public comment on action items may be asked for but is not required. - Approval of Warrants/Checks o Fabian Vancott o West Warren-Warren Water Improvement District o Cardyn Clem o Wild Ones o Civic Plus o Kaleb Davis o Amy Coleman - Donation Amount for Mosquito Days Community Events and/or Rodeo - Master Plan Adoption/Approval IV. Park Operations & Maintenance (20-30 minutes) This time allows for discussion on general operations freely. If the conversation leads to an expenditure, make a note to put it on next month's Action Items. - Maintenance Updates o Picnic Tables sanded o Wood Chip Project Complete o Third Riding Club Project o Wooden letters Reese Park/West Warren Park Future Projects Arena Lighting Lay Out V. Public Comment Ask if anyone from the public is present and has anything to say. VI. Adjournment
