NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Grand County Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. or later, at the Grand County Commission Chambers located at 125 E. Center Street in Moab, to hear public input and to consider repealing and replacing ORDINANCE NO. 725 (2025) APPROVING THE MAJOR UTILITY OVERLAY DISTRICT FOR PARCEL NO. 02-0021-0113 (City of Moab Water Tank Site) The public is invited to attend and be heard.
The amendment proposed revises the date in Condition #3 to align with the City of Moab's grant extension and tentative funding from the Division of Water Resources.
