- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Kassi Bybee D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $67,555.24. 2. Request for approval of contract #5260001 in the amount of $102,857.66. 3. Request for warrants #108546-108635 and #497278-497380 in the amount of $2,402,691.99. 4. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 5. Request for approval of minutes 6. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Amy Tao for involuntary commitment evaluations. 7. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and the International Miniature Bull Riding Association to hold the IMBA Finals at the Golden Spike Event Center. G. Action Items- 1. Request for approval of an agreement by and between Weber County and Metro Elevator for preventative maintenance and repair services between the Ogden Eccles Conference Center and Peery's Egyptian Theater for a period of five years. Request for approval of an agreement by and between Weber County and the Natural Resources Conservation Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture for supplemental watershed Plan No. 1 and environmental assessment for the Utaba Dam rehabilitation project.
