Main St., Ivins, UT, on Thursday, July 16, 2026. The meeting will begin at 5:30 P.M. NOTICE: This meeting will be held in person. Sage White Mountain, LLC-Owner/Applicant B. Discuss and consider approval of Ordinance No. 2026-16, an Ordinance of Ivins City, Utah approving a Zone Amendment from R-TH (Residential Townhouse) to R-M (Residential Multi-Family) on approximately .81 acres Sage Villas Phase 2, Units 36-43. Sage White Mountain, LLC-Owner/Applicant 5) DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEMS A. Discuss and consider approval of the corrected consolidated fee schedule B. Discuss and consider approval of spending budgeted funds on the installation of landscape in the Hamblin Parkway Roundabout and center medians C. Discuss and consider award of contract and approval of expenditure for the Public Works Yard West Parking Addition Project on 200 West D. Continued discussion regarding Anasazi Commons Annexation located along Old Highway 91 E. Discussion regarding Mayor's Minute Newsletter Articles F.
