Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting on Wednesday August 5, 2026 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearings shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 4 Health and Sanitation, Chapter 7 Health Regulations Generally, ADDING 'Section 6 Smoking Prohibited in City parks, recreational Areas, and Cemeteries, and near Mass Gatherings'.
