Citizen input 8. Mayor Lindley - Discuss resignation of Councilperson Denise Lindsay. 9. Mayor Lindley - Discuss for approval the appointment of Denise Lindsay as Wellsville City Treasurer. 10. Swear in Denise Lindsay as Wellsville City Treasurer 11. Give public statement on the Tax Increase that is being proposed for 2026/2027 budget year. This Tax increase will exceed the certified tax rate and will be approximately a $ 4060 tax revenue increase. This will be approximately 1.12% increase. The Public Hearing being held on August 19, 2026 to discuss this reasons for the Tax increase. 12. Scott Wells - Discuss 4rd Quarter Financials for April 2026. 13. Department reports 14.
