EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold public hearings on July 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following items: Master Development Plan and Agreement Amendment: - Triumph Master Development Plan and Agreement Amendment: A request by Scot Hazard for a Master Development Agreement and Plan Amendment approval pertaining to Triumph Subdivision to allow for the creation of four (4) affordable housing 'pods' within that development. The proposed pods range from 2.8 - 4.5 acres in size and are intended to have higher residential densities than the balance of the project. The Triumph Subdivision is located in Section 19, T6S, R1W, on the east and west sides of N. Lake Mountain Road south of E. Pole Canyon Blvd. (County Assessor Parcel/Serial # 59:019:0031) in Eagle Mountain City; application set identified as the: 'Triumph Master Development Amendment.' Amendments to Eagle Mountain Municipal Code: - EMMC Chapter 16.20, 16.25 and 17.100 - Cost Estimate Code Amendment: Consideration of an amendment to Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Chapters 16.20, 16.25, and 17.100, Application Requirements, and Cost Estimates. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Community Development Director, Brandon Larsen: blarsen@eaglemountain.gov. - EMMC Chapter 8.115 - Noise Code Amendment: A proposal to modify the hours of restriction for privately owned golf courses in compliance with Senate Bill 202 from the 2026 legislative session.
