PUBLIC NOTICE: The West Haven City Council of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Meeting on the 15th Day of July, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah from the hour of 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, for an ordinance of West Haven City granting an electric utility franchise agreement and general utility easement to Rocky Mountain Power.
