I. Project Awards & Agreements
Discussion and possible motion to approve the following project awards and agreements:
1. (Clint) Bowen Collins and Associates amendments to task order 24-02 for master planning, impact fee, and rate study for the amount not to exceed $15,814.
2. (Clint) Bowen Collins and Associates scope and fee for additional signage design, bidding assistance, and construction management services for the general office conservation garden project for the amount not to exceed $28,696.
3. (Dallas) 2026 Dukes annual chemical root control for the amount not to exceed $25,000.
4. (Andrew) Fleet lease purchase from Jerry Seiner Chevrolet for $711,855, subject to change upon release of 2027 models and pricing, if the 2026 models are no longer fully available.
5. (Andrew) Fleet buy back quote of $570,300, subject to change based on damage and mileage accrued before sale.
J. Administrative
Discussion and possible motion to approve the following administrative items:
1. (Clint) Resolution 2026-05 Magna Water District No-Fault Culinary Water and Sanitary Sewer Failure Reimbursement Program.
