Discuss and possibly take action regarding a water usage agreement between Fillmore City and Pistol Rock Golf Course. c. Discussion and possible ratification of Mayor Hare's decision to execute contracts with Team 7 Fire Administration at the airport and a contract for potable and gray water disposal.
