Planning Commission Meeting Public Hearing Notice A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan Planning Commission on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 6:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following: - Lumina; 8399 South Dunlop Drive; Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision; Damian Mora/Garbett Homes (Applicant) - Immaculate Used Cars; 1390 West 9000 South; Conditional Use Permit for Motor Vehicle Sales and Services (Used); SC-2 Zone; Mike/Immaculate Used Cars (Applicant) - Complete Machine; 4343 West 7800 South; Conditional Use Permit (Outdoor Storage); M-1 Zone; Slade/Complete Machine (Applicant) - Text Amendment - Powers and Duties of Land Use Authorities and Appeal Authorities, including the Appeal Authority for Land Use Fees and a Definition for 'Land Use Regulations Titles'; Amending Sections 2-3-3,13-2-3,15-2-3, 15-2-415-2-5,15-5-1, 15-5-2, 15-5-3,15-5-4 and 15-5-5. City of West Jordan (Applicant) - City-wide Applicability - Text Amendment - Manual for Public Improvement Standards, Specifications and Plans, Which are Adopted and Amended as a Set of Land Use Regulations; Amending Sections 8-2-2, 8-3A-2, 8-3A-3,14-5-1 and 14-5-7. City of West Jordan (Applicant) - City-wide Applicability - Text Amendment - Subdivision-Related Changes, including Street Dedication Plat, Boundary Line Adjustments, Consolidation of Lots, Single Parcel Not in a Subdivision, Amending Sections; 13-7H-1 and 13-7H-2, 14-3-4, and Title 14 Subdivision Regulations.
