ACTION ITEM - Wright Retaining Wall Variance BACKGROUND: (Presented by Planner, Steven Lehmitz) Planning Commission review of a proposed Variance request to the City's retaining wall height maximum. 7.E. ACTION ITEM - A Resolution of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, Approving the First Amendment to the Brylee Townhomes Development Agreement. BACKGROUND: (Presented by Planner, Steven Lehmitz) Planning Commission review of a proposed First Amendment to the Brylee Farms Phase B Development Agreement. 7.F.
