Melika needs a date solidified for CBO so she can send out RSVPs
Board will need to RSVP as well
Need help with set up and take down before and after CBO (Dinner will be served at 5:30 and we will wrap up CBO around 9 pm).
4. Assign Volunteers for food ($250 approved) for next meeting:
a. August 13th - In person, no worries about food since that will be CBO
