1. Welcome and Introductions
a) Approve minutes from June 11th, 2026.
b) Discuss what will be presented during the meeting and when we will be going into closed sessions and reconvening into open sessions.
2. Clerk Report:
a) Working on Financial reports, along with Utah State Auditor reports such as financial certifications, Self evaluations, and conflict-of-interest forms. This will be ready for all of you to sign at our next meeting.
b) Discussion over State email sent to Mike, and the adjustments made.
3. Financial Business: CD Board
a) Deposits made
b) Approve any debit card charges
Board Business: Board Members
a) Upcoming projects
b) SERA: motion to use SERA funds for any Supervisor attending the meetings mentioned during the meeting
