ORANGEVILLE CITY COUNCIL THURSDAY, JULY 9, 2026 PUBLIC HEARING 6:30 P.M. REGULAR MEETING 7:00 P.M. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold a Public Meeting beginning at 6:30 followed by the regular City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. on July 9, 2026 at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. PUBLIC HEARING 6:30 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Open Public Hearing 3. Discuss/Consider - Resolution 2026-9 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ORANGEVILLE CITY FEE SCHEDULE AND ADOPTING AN UPDATED CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE. 4. Accept Public Comment 5. Approve/Deny Resolution 2026-9 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ORANGEVILLE CITY FEE SCHEDULE AND ADOPTING AN UPDATED CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE. 12. Approve/Deny- Resolution 2026-10 - A RESOLUTION OF ORANGEVILLE CITY ADOPTING THE EMERY COUNTY PRE-DISASTER MITIGATION PLAN. 13. Approve/Deny - Account Credit for Susan Abass being charge for an extra garbage can. 14. Approve/Deny- Adding Christine Kurta & Jessica Allan to Zions Bank Accounts 16. Ratify- AC repairs- City Hall and Community Center 15. Staff/Council/Mayor Report 16.
