Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday July 9, 2026 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. The meeting will start promptly at 5:30 p.m. Agenda will be as follows:

2. Approval of June 11, 2026 minutes
3. Oath of Office: Shantelle Kay and Josh Wagner
4. Public Hearing: Title 9 Amendments
a. Amend 9-2-2 Definitions (add Flag Lot)
b. Amend Table 9-7-1.2 Uses (add Flag Lot as Conditional Use)
c. Add 9-7-1.9 Flag Lot Development
d. Amend 9-8-2 Specific Review Criteria (add subsection L. Flag Lots)
e. Amend Chapter 17 by adding the ADU Summary Table immediately following 9-17-3 Development Standards
f. Amend Updates to Utah Code References and Technical Corrections within Title 9 of the Huntington City Code
