The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: Prayer Pledge: Public comments, limited 3 min per person 1-Action item- Review and approve minutes of June 10, 2026 Town Council meeting. 2-Action item- Review & approval of June 10, 2026- July 8, 2026 Bills/Payroll 3-Action item- Review financial report, bank reconciliations and Water adjustments or write offs. 4-Action item- Raise Treasurer pay, discuss and vote. 5-Action item- Appoint new town Treasurer, discuss and vote. 6- Misc information items. Review of Departments: Water- Water Update Trent Van Tassell Roads- Road Update-Tyson Nelson Planning and Zoning-Planning Update Terra Bell Parks- Parks Update Mariah Huggins Sheriff's Office Fire Department Adjournment
