Approval of Minutes - June 17, 2026: Regular Town Council Meeting and Budget Hearing Minutes - June 25, 2026: Emergency Town Council Meeting Minutes 4. Public Hearing: Municipal Sewer Rate Adjustments - Opening of Public Hearing: Receive community input, testimony, and written feedback regarding proposed amendments to the municipal sewer utility rates. - Sewer Rate Adjustment (Single-Family): Discussion and proposed increase for the monthly sewer service fee. - Rate Establishment (Multi-Family & Master-Metered Properties): Discussion regarding formal adoption of designated rate structures, pricing models, and billing capacity rules. - Closing of Public Hearing - Action Item: Vote on Resolution 2026-06 regarding municipal sewer rate adjustments. 5. Financial & Administrative Business - Certificate of Deposit (CD) Renewals: Review of current interest rates, maturity status, and formal authorization for renewing municipal certificates of deposit. 6. Departmental Updates & Reports - Fire Department Update: Report on current operations and recent fire safety measures. - Utilities Update: Status report on water infrastructure, town systems, and routine maintenance operations. 7.
