ITEM #3 PUBLIC HEARING-Ordinance 26-11 amending Title 10.16.160 Commercial/Manufacturing Land Use Classifications; Table 4-2 as an update.
ITEM #4 PUBLIC HEARING-Ordinance 26-12 amending Title 10.04.010 Definition to support the updated Commercial/Manufacturing Land Use Classifications.
ITEM #5 Conditional Use Permit-Young Power Sports Motor (YPSM) at 273 E 300 N. housing display and signage for Polaris, Kawasaki, & used Powersports until sales, services, & parts as per the application.
