- Town of Spring Lake, Utah Notice of Public Hearing - Planning Commission Review of Updates to the General Plan Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Spring Lake, Utah, will hold a public hearing to consider a recommendation on the adoption of the Town's General Plan. Public Hearing Details Date: Monday, July 20, 2026 Time: 6:00 pm Location: 3744 West 12240 South, Spring Lake, Utah 84651 Purpose of Hearing: The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed adoption of the Spring Lake General Plan, including changes to the plan such as adding an annexation plan, a light industrial zone, and revisions to the Future Land Use Map. The General Plan serves as a long-range policy guide for the growth and development of the community and may address elements such as land use, transportation, infrastructure, housing, economic development, and community character. Following the public hearing, the Planning Commission may make a recommendation to the Town Council regarding adoption of the General Plan. Public Comment: Interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments. Written comments may also be submitted before the hearing to: Rebecca Batty, Town Recorder or Wade Menlove, Mayor recorder@springlakeutah.gov or mayor@springlakeutah.gov Availability of Documents: A copy of the proposed General Plan is available for public review at: Springlakeutah.gov Posting: This notice is posted in accordance with Utah Code requirements, including: - Utah Public Notice Website - The Town's official website - At least one public location within the Town
