Description/Agenda

The North Logan City Planning Commission hereby announces a public hearing to be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026 in the Council Chambers of the North Logan City Offices at 2525 North 600 East, North Logan, UT, beginning at 6:30 PM. During this meeting a public hearing will be held for the following agenda item. PUBLIC HEARING - ZMA-2026-04 - Ashborne City Center Mixed Use Development: Public Hearing and potential action regarding a proposed Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) of a 9.90 acre parcel located on the northeast corner of 2200 N and 400 E (Parcel ID: 04-061-0037) from the Residential (R-1-12) zone to the Mixed Use City Center (MX-CC) zone. Information regarding the proposal is available at the North Logan City Office or via email request. Interested citizens are invited to attend.
