- Notice of Wasatch County Solid Waste SSD Meeting Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM Public Notice is hereby given that the Wasatch County Solid Waste Disposal will hold a quarterly meeting on July 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM in the Council Chambers in the Wasatch County Administration Building, 25 North Main, Heber City, Utah. The public is welcome to attend and participate in this meeting real-time either in-person or by joining the Zoom Webinar at https://wasatchcounty.gov/openmeeting. A recording of the meeting may also be viewed afterwards at https://wasatchcout.portal.civicclerk.com. Public participation (comments and questions) in this meeting will be accepted via email or online meeting attendance. Emails will be accepted up to meeting time. Emails need to be sent to publiccomment@wasatchcounty.gov. Agenda Financing for New Transfer Station by Heber Call to Order 1. Prayer/Remarks - Spencer Park 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Mark Neilson Agenda Items 1. Approval of April 8 2026 Minutes - Clint Ercanbrack 2. Presentation of the Solid Waste District Quarter 2 Financial and Performance Report - Clint Ercanbrack, Operations Manager 3. Discussion regarding 2027 Budget and 5-Year Financial Forecast - Clint Ercanbrack, Operations Manager 4. Discussion regarding the construction of a new Transfer Station - Clint Ercanbrack, Operations Manager 5. Other (As needed) - TBD Closed Session - as needed Closed sessions may be held in accordance with Utah State Code 52-4-205 to discuss the following: Purchase, Exchange or Lease of Property; Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual. Adjournment The Public Is Invited to Participate in All Wasatch County Solid Waste Disposal Meetings.
