PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Stansbury Recreation and Greenbelt Service Areas and the Board of Directors of the Stansbury Service Agency hereby give notice of the Meeting, which shall be open to the public, to be held on Wednesday, which shall be open to the public, to be held on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026, at 6:30 pm at the Clubhouse, 1 Country Club Dr. Ste 1, Stansbury Park, Utah. Motion: To enter into a closed session pursuant to Utah Code ยง 52-4-205(1)(e) for a strategy session regarding the proposed sale of real property, because public discussion would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration and/or prevent the Agency from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
Motion to end the closed session and return to the open meeting
