POWER DISTRICT PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 4-8, 11 AND 12 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE DISTRICT'S TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026 The Boards of Trustees of the Power District Public Infrastructure District Nos. 4-8, 11 and 12 (the 'Districts') will hold a Public Hearing at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2026, at the Day-Riverside Branch Library, 1575 W. 1000 N., Salt Lake City 84116, and via teleconference. To attend the hearing virtually, please utilize the following information: LINK: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84045088200?pwd=mOARx8UmdPuhkjjlQLxVr3Gd7OEEha.1 Meeting ID: 840 4508 8200 Passcode: 493441 The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the Districts' Tentative Budgets as the Final Budgets for Calendar Year 2026. The Tentative Budgets are available for inspection by the public at the Districts' principle place of business, WBA, PC, 139 Hunter's Grv Ln., Suite 200, Lehi, UT 84043. Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budgets of any fund. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this hearing should notify Emilee D. Hansen at 303-858-1800 at least one full business day prior to the hearing.
