- Public Notice The Hurricane City Council adopted the following ordinance: 1. Ordinance 2026-18 Amending 8-6-3 Regarding the Storm Drain Master Plan. 2. Ordinance 2026-19 Amending 8-6-1 Regarding the monthly drainage utility fee. A copy of the approved ordinance is available in the Recorder's Office at the City Office, 147 N 870 West or you may call 435-635-2811 x 106 to request a copy. This notice can also be found on the City website www.cityofhurricane.com and the Utah Public Notice website https://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html
