- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT HELPER MUSEUM BOARD WILL HOLD A MONTHLY BOARD MEETING ON THE 8TH DAY OF JULY 2026 BOARD MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE MUSEUM THE MEETING SHALL BEGIN AT 6:00 PM MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND Amended 1- Call to order 2- Roll call 3- Minutes 4- Discussion of locomotive location and updates on donation 5- Discussion and possible approval of September fundraising event 6- Discussion of a $3 wage increase 7- Helper City Code review for museum board 8- Adjournment The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-3009. I, Roman Vega Museum Director, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 6th day of July 2026 at the museum and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before the meeting.
