CONSENT ITEMS The Committee may approve these items without discussion or public comment and may remove an item to the Business Items for discussion and consideration. 1. Approval of Minutes: June 1, 2026 BUSINESS ITEMS The Committee will discuss (without public comment) and may approve the following items: 1. Update from Sexton 2. Grant project findings, State archives, missing names from Chronicle map and missing names from burials record 3. Plan a date for next Cemetery clean up PUBLIC COMMENT Time for Public Input is limited to no more than 2-3 minutes per person. This time has been set aside for the public to express ideas, concerns, and comments for subject matter not listed as public hearing on the agenda. ADJOURNMENT
