- OGDEN VALLEY PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING Tuesday, July 14, 2026, 6:00pm Huntsville Town Hall, Council Chambers, 7474 East 200 South, Huntsville, Utah NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Ogden Valley City will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 14th at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider changes to the following: - Chapter 104-10 Shoreline Zone S-1 Proposal/Project Information: The proposed changes include modifications to the allowed maximum building height in the Shoreline Zone. A summary and detailed description the proposed change are available for public review at: https://ogdenvalley.gov/public-meeting/planning-commission-public-hearing-july-14-2026-6pm/ or at the Ogden Valley City town office during office hours. Participation: All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing to express their opinions or submit written comments. Written comments may be submitted prior to the hearing on July 10th at planning@ogdenvalleyut.org or at the Huntsville Town Office at 7474 E 200 S, Huntsville, UT during office hours: Monday through Wednesday 9am to 1pm Thursday 1pm to 5pm The meeting may also be joined online at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/86898667322?pwd=1iMkXXYrJz2jMXDgb0tl7NKUxHpffT.1 Special Accommodations For individuals needing ADA accommodations, please contact Kay Hoogland, Council Member, at 847-404-7770 or khoogland@ogdenvalleyut.org at least 24 hours before the meeting.
